  • Shops & Establishment/Trade License

  • Fire Safety Certificate

  • Factory License under the Factories Act, 1948

  • Bonded Warehouse License (if applicable)

  • Registration with DPIIT/Make in India

  • Membership with the Council for Leather Exports (CLE)

  • Environmental Clearance from SPCB/CPCB

Freedom of Association

  • Workers have the freedom to choose their own representatives.

  • Enterprise bargaining is conducted between the employer and employee representatives to establish fair enterprise agreements.

  • Meeting minutes are submitted to the Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments (DIFE) as part of our compliance process.

Management Systems

  • We follow a comprehensive Code of Conduct supported by structured policies.

  • Each policy is overseen by dedicated teams for implementation, control, reporting, and monitoring.

Prohibition of Child Labour

  • No individuals under 18 years of age are recruited.

  • Age is verified through National ID, birth certificate, or academic records.

  • All employees undergo a physical fitness check conducted by a certified Medical Officer and Medical Assistant.

Working Hours

  • Standard working hours: 8 hours per day

  • Regular duty timing: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (including break)

  • Overtime is managed in accordance with Indian Labour Laws and ILO standards

  • One weekly holiday is provided as per statutory requirements
